SOLE Spotlight: Lockdown Exams/Zoom Clips

During the recent snowstorm, some exams were moved to remote with a Zoom proctor, and several students received an error message regarding disabling Zoom Clips, a newer setting in Zoom. SOLE has added some documentation to assist with disabling this feature here:

If you get a call from a student needing assistance, you can help them disable Zoom Clips by using the written info on the pages above. We would also advise that you share those links for future reference.
