Missing Course?

Course instructors and administrators are responsible for adding students to their courses and sites. If a course or site does not show up when you login to SOLE then it is possible that the course/site has not been added to your account. If you believe you are missing a course you can use the Missing Course? link to make an inquiry:

The course administrator is not necessarily the course instructor; you may also want to contact your instructor.

It is also possible that you have been added to the course/site but that it has been hidden from your homepage list of Courses & Sites. Click here for more information on viewing hidden courses & sites.

Request a SOLE Site

This link can use to request a new SOLE Course and Site.

Upon receipt of your message, SOLE Support will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. SOLE Support is available, Monday - Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
