Gradebook Reports

If the Gradebook is not grouped, the following reports can be generated:

  • Summary Report: Provides a summary of all students and assignments in the Gradebook, including each student’s graduation year, points earned, grade percentage, letter grade, and class rank.

    • Include Course Info: Displays course details such as Course Title, Primary Contact, Course Term, and the total number of students at the top of the report.
    • Include Grading Scale: Displays the Final Grading Scale along with a table showing Class Performance (number of students achieving each grade, e.g., A, B, C, etc., and the corresponding percentage).
    • Output Format: Select the format for the report. Options include Print (opens in a new browser window), PDF, or Excel (downloads the report to your computer).
  • Attendance Report: Available only if attendance tracking is enabled. You can select a single date, all dates, or a combination of dates for attendance data.

  • Assignments Report: Includes options similar to the Summary Report (Course Info, Grading Scale, and Output Format) and provides details on individual assignments. You can choose to display all assignments, specific assignments, or a combination.

    • Layout Format: Allows you to display assignment information in a single table or separate tables for each assignment.
  • Individual Students Report: Offers the same options as the Summary Report but displays information focused on each student rather than on assignments. You can select all students, specific students, or a combination.

  • Student Transcript Report: Lists Gradebook scores per student in a transcript format for one or multiple students, with options to include ungraded assignments and choose the output format (Print, PDF, or Excel).

  • Comments Report: Provides a report of all Gradebook comments made on assignments linked to the Gradebook.

    • You can select an individual assignment, all assignments, or a combination of assignments.
  • Statistics Report: Generates a report containing statistical data such as the mean, median, high score, low score, and standard deviation for course grades.

    • Distribution Criteria: Displays statistics in terms of Letter Grade, Percentage Grade, or Points Grade.
  • Checklist Report: If a Checklist has been created, this report lists users and the number of items each student has completed. You can click on the completion number to view specific items each student completed.

If the Gradebook is grouped, the Summary, Assignments, Individual Students, and Statistics reports are available, along with two additional reports:

  • Assignment Groups Report: Provides overall information for groups in the Gradebook, similar to the Summary Report but focuses on groups. Select to display all groups, specific groups, or a combination.

    • Layout Format: Choose between a single table or individual tables per group.
    • The report includes overall course grades and group grades.
  • Single Group Report: Similar to the Assignment Groups Report but includes detailed information for each assignment within the group.
