SOLE Accounts

Faculty

ALL HSC faculty and staff are automatically provisioned SOLE accounts once they have been added to WVU Active Directory as part of their on-boarding process.

Students

All HSC students are issued SOLE accounts as part of their school orientation process. If a student is taking an HSC course, their account may not be provisioned until the student has been added to the course in SOLE.

Other Access

For all other SOLE account requests, please provide a detailed explanation for HSC ITS approval. Requests can be made by completing the SOLE Account Request form.

All User accounts are disabled after one year of inactivity (not logging into SOLE for 1 calendar year) and deleted after one year of being disabled. If your SOLE account has been disabled, please contact solesupport@hsc.wvu.edu to request that it be re-enabled.
