Crocodoc End of Life & Google Document Viewer
Please keep in mind that as part of this update, Crocodoc will reach end of life and Google Document Viewer will become available in SOLE. Annotations will not be available during the 2018 spring semester. Read more...
New Anonymous Signup Feature
By default, all users with access to a Signup list can view the number of registered users and can click to view the list of registrants. However, a new option within Advanced Settings permits administrators to disallow users from viewing the registration list. Please note that this isn't fully anonymous; administrators can still view the list of registrants but users with access to the list cannot.
New Grade Explanation Feature within Gradebook
The new Grade Explanation feature within Gradebook will allow course administrators to review the calculations used to determine the Overall Grade. It will also display the calculations used to determine overall Group Grades for grouped grade books and can be viewed in both points-based and weighted grade books.
Custom Role & Small Group Display within Gradebook Reports
Grade Reports can now include the Custom Role and Small Group information for users within the course. A checkbox can be utilized to include this information when running a report. Custom Roles, with gradable permissions, must first be created and contain users OR Small Groups must be created before this option will become available.
