As an administrator in SOLE you can change views to emulate other roles available in your course or site. This can be helpful in verifying content availability restrictions and access controls in addition to previewing as a user.
To change your view, select the "Administrators" drop-down box at the bottom left of the navigation panel. Select the option to "View SOLE as" to select a particular role. You should now see the course as if a user in the selected role.
Administrators may emulate the views of a variety of content, however assessment scores or submissions will not be equated in the gradebook.
You must return to your Administrators view to resume designing your course or site.
