Notifications

Users can choose to receive Notifications about their courses/sites. These notifications can be a useful way for students to maintain their courses.  They must be set by the user and applies to all courses/sites that the user is currently enrolled in.

Notifications can be viewed on the SOLE Homepage via the Courses & Sites Panel and the SOLE Bar, sent by email, and/or sent by text message. 

While notifications are a useful tool for students to keep up to date on course information, they should not be used by course administrators as direct communication with students.
